Saturday, February 13, 2021 - This time gave a full 10 hour decant. Drank alongside Castiglion del Bosco 2015 (which was decanted for 6 hrs) Must give the nod to the Il Poggione which really blossomed after the long air. Enjoyed with a nice seafood Cioppino - magical! So glad I loaded up on this.
