Saturday, February 13, 2021 - Revisting ABC: Tasted alongside 2016 Pinot Noir Knox Alexander and 2016 Pinot Noir “Isabelle.” A bit less varietally muted than the whites in general... this wine had reserved cherry and cranberry pinot fruit that was in balance with baking spice aromas from new oak. on the palate high acids, moderate midpalate flesh, very firm oak tannins and low alcohol to finish.
