Saturday, February 27, 2021 - Deep dark center, red/purple rim with a very little sign of age.
Sweet, blueberries, cassis, very slight VA (adds character), a little buttery, iron, some more lifted raspberry coulis on the finish.
Smooth, great fruit - plum, blackberry, nice toasty oak, good tannin and acidity, green olives, long finish.
Excellent Harrison Cab, intense, good now with air, but will be better in 2-5 years.
