Thursday, March 4, 2021 - Comprised of 100% Cabernet Sauvignon that was aged for 13 months in American oak (25% new), this deep ruby wine serves up aromas and flavors of black currants, dark cherries, baking spices, milk chocolate and eucalyptus. Medium-bodied, low in acidity, seamlessly alcoholic (14.5%) and with supple tannins, it stays solid on the mid-palate and its oak is well-woven. Concluding with a medium-length, smooth finish, this is an "easy drinker" that should provide maximal pleasure during its first decade of life. Drink now-2028.
