Sunday, March 7, 2021 - A delicate and elegant wine. The nose is subtle almond extract/cherry pit with a touch of orange peel. On the palate is more of the same but a bit darker and deeper. I like the strong acidity. It is more ethereal than forceful and its delicacy could be easily overwhelmed by a strong flavored dish. I also found it was at its best a little warmer,modern room temperature, than I usually drink my red wines.
