Friday, March 12, 2021 - The wine is much better day 2. On initial opening it seemed more angular than is typical for Huet, and the flavors were a bit muted. Day two it opened showing soft white tree fruit including some tart apple. Pronounced and delicious minerality, lengthy high-acid finish. Quite an excellent wine.
