Saturday, March 13, 2021 - Popped and poured with no decant. We expected that this might be over the hill. We found that it was soft, very well balanced, and with a long finish. It might be missing the initial punch it had when younger, but a very nice bottle.

3/14/2021 4:07:00 AM - Your note is spot on and exactly how the wine should drink at this stage of the game. As you know, preference depends on person. Some like the big fruit of young Pinot, some prefer the softer, rounded aged juice. No right or wrong. I like both of course.
