Saturday, March 20, 2021 - Unfortunately the cork sunken in after the coil was cut. Seem like there sign of leaking. The ullage is still ok, probably 5-7cm from the cork. Not optimistic and I was right. The nose has lost all its fruits flavour. Initially it was still musky, after aerating in the decanter, slight sweet fruits appear, tea, spices, mint. Medium+ acidity and medium tannin. Medium finish. Feeling disappointed.
