Saturday, March 27, 2021 - Bought near release and stored impeccably since. This is close to being a masterpiece. Completely fresh and playful, airy, crispy, "electric". It was compared to when you get a little lemon sorbet between courses to freshen up, it was so lively. Perfectly integrated oak and just high, high class!
