Monday, March 29, 2021 - Open and let sit for about an hour or decant before drinking.
This opens up with time and is starting to show harmony between the tannins and great dark fruit flavours. I very much like the acidity and freshness of this wine. It leans slightly more towards the tannins now but has a great dark fruit component. This to me is just getting into the stage of becoming a great drinking Beaune 1er cru. Very enjoyable wine.
