Saturday, April 3, 2021 - Quite a deep colour. Very fine nose. On the palate it has that lovely fine burgundy fragrance, but is a little lacking in complexity. Good, lingering aftertaste. I think it is fully ready, but no hurry to drink up, and perhaps it will gain further nuances with a few more years.
