Wednesday, March 24, 2021 - 51% Cabernet Sauvignon, 41% Camenere, 8% Syrah
from deep, porous decomposed granitic soil in the Cachapoal Valley,
amidst the foothills of the Andes mountains.
Manual harvest. Natural fermentation with no added yeast.
Aged 23 months in French oak barrels.
14% Abv.
Founded in 2004 on concept of holism in wine:
"the perfect fusion between humans and nature expressed as a whole,
based on science, technology and knowledge."
