Deep dark garnet hue, long legs. Initial notes of nail polish, quickly giving way to a leathery nose with hints of cherry, plum & cassis. Medium body, soft & elegant on entrance, carrying a medium to firm tannin. The wine transitions seamlessly into a long lovely finish. Really beautiful wine (living up to its name) paired with antipasto and cheese.

Very serious red wine in a packaging that isn't... My wine significantly changed my perception of Chilean Cabernet based wines. There's an elegance, balance and complexity to this wine that I have rarely found in the southern hemmisphere. Beautiful cassis character, good acidity and fresh fruit as opposed to cooked/overripe fruit. A revelation...
