Monday, April 12, 2021 - Medium bodied, modern style. Bright purple fruit, red apple skins, charred earth, and that particular "peppery spice" you can find in most Ridge wines. In a way it's a simple formula, but also balanced, luscious, and long. Refreshing like a Coke. Will drink four remaining bottles at 3-5 year intervals without worry of fading.
