Thursday, April 15, 2021 - Ruchottes-Chambertin x Peking Duck (Ying Jee Club): Served blind. The nose is older than the color suggests, was thinking 70s but the color is much darker. Quite green, grassy, chalky, was going to the Beaune side only to find this a 86 Ruchottes. Not the greatest vintage but well-made with grand cru structure and intensity. 90
