Ruchottes-Chambertin x Peking Duck (Ying Jee Club): Served blind. The nose is older than the color suggests, was thinking 70s but the color is much darker. Ruchottes-Chambertin Dinner (Boka - Chicago IL): Tasted single blind. Lean red cherry with modest spice. Elegant but short. This didn't come across as particularly "Leroy" to any of us tonight. Not as good as another bottle from 6 months ago.

medium to deep ruby color with lots of mushroom, leather and earthy aroma. lack of fruits and floral flavors.

Mushroom, sous bois, earth, and iron on the nose. Not much fruit left on the palate. Rustic and dull.
