Thursday, April 15, 2021 - Continues to impress and will seems to get better with each bottle I open. Extremely well balanced: subtle but distincitive chard nose with hints of butter, peach and a bit of lime. On the palate, more of the same plus hints of spice and just the right amount of acid. Great with food: had with pork chops one night and lobster roll the next. Great pairing in both cases. Drink warmer than refrig temp.
