Likes this wine:

Saturday, April 17, 2021 - December 2016 disgorgement. This was more subtle than the Dethune from earlier in the evening. Delicious with poke and a Maui interpretation of bouillabaisse. Red berries, blood orange, with that subtle savory brown spice I sometimes find in this wine.

4/17/2021 4:10:00 PM - Good comparison. I drank my last NV Dethune Rose a few weeks ago so it is time to backfill. Looks like they are pressing on too with their organic cert, which is cool. That Rose is a consistently good bottle for them, probably I think because they constantly blend in reserve wines. Good to see the Vilmart Rubis keep plugging on, too. I keep that wine around also, as you know!

    Cheers!

They're right across the square so to speak from Marguet (maybe see Benoit too since you are right there?), and also Krug Clos d'Ambonnay.
