Sunday, May 2, 2021 - Dark and opaque. Immediate pronounced aroma of smoke, cassis, blackberry, with just a hint of the Cayuse "funk". Very full-bodied, rich and concentrated dark fruits on the palate, but very smooth and balanced, with no significant tannin in the foreground. Deep and rich long aftertaste. Not quite as good the second night but still outstanding.
