Thursday, May 6, 2021 - More zest than the previous bottle; even after three days the wine was in perfect condition. A perfect colour, a fruit driven impression in the bouquet and in the taste, a firm, friendly spicy and juicy taste, round but with the edges that give the wine a character; lovely aftertaste with ripe bitters and tannins; perfect P/Q.
