Saturday, May 8, 2021 - From an amazing looking bottle with a .1 cm fill, this wine had a light gold center with clear rims. The medium+ intensity nose emanated pear tart, green apple, minerals, and a hint of bay leaf. After a few hours, an orange flavor evolved into the mix.

In the mouth, this wine felt rich but yet again lightly floated over the palate. It was not heavy or particularly sweet and had crisp acidity that was gorgeously integrated into the wine. The finish was endless.

This was a unique and subtle wine that is probably not to everyone's taste. I loved its complex fruit, refined nature, and gorgeous finish.
