Thursday, May 13, 2021 - Clos Vougeot (The Center) Tasting (House of Nanda - Chicago IL): In 97/90/85 vertical. This is exactly what we want from well aged Burgundy. Mature red cherry and berry with earth, mushroom, and sweet spice. So much complexity, so layered and brilliantly textured, this kept unfolding more and more. Bottle was in near perfect condition.
