Wednesday, May 12, 2021 - Napa 2021 Trip; 5/10/2021-5/13/2021 (Napa Valley, CA): Nice wine to kick off the Carter lineup. Since the 2018 was sold out, I didn't mind tasting the 2017 which showed well with some additional bottle age. Nice red fruited, mostly merlot blend. I didn't taste this one 2 years ago in my last tasting with Carter, so nice to try despite not picking up any. Would drink in the next 3-4 years.
