Monday, May 17, 2021 - Quite big, like most Jumilla Monastrells I've had. Gobs of super ripe dark fruits riding a wave of high alcohol makes for a pretty bruising experience. Acidity is medium to high, but could probably be higher still to help cut the fat. Some tannic structure might help too. Finishes sweet and slightly tangy, like a grape Jolly Rancher.
