Palate is rich and spicy with all the sweet fruits, tobacco leave and spices from the nose. The fresh acidity came in towards the end of the full-bodied palate to provide some lift. Finish is hot and hollow with a touch of bitter tannins. Too spicy for my taste. An hour of decanting and drink it slightly cooler will bring about better balance.
