Friday, May 21, 2021 - Colour: medium(+) ruby
Nose: clean, medium intensity, secondary, youthful. Plum, bramble, rosehip, juniper berry. Strawberry. Dried orange peel. Dark chocolate. Cedar, smoke, maybe some earth.
Palate: dry, medium tannins, medium acidity, high alcohol (14,5%), medium bodied. Medium intensity, medium length finish. Plum, bramble, rosehip, juniper berry. Strawberry. Dried orange peel. Dark chocolate. Cedar, smoke, maybe some earth.
Conclusions: very good. Can drink now, but suitable for ageing or further ageing.
