Monday, May 31, 2021 - Finally, I can taste this classic of a classic. For the price of 7-10€ this performs really well. This wine had initially some red fruit on the nose, that turned quite fast into dark cherry, plum and spice. In the mouth the impression continues, and I get notes of iron, leather and crushed stone. Very round, no edges. On the finish some tannins. I would have loved a bit more structure, but then also this wine has everything you can ask for at his price point. Perfect mid-week quaffer.
