Monday, May 31, 2021 - Very nice indeed. Deep, dark color, with moderately intense fruit. Notes of cranberry and black cherry. Slightly sour in a very good way
that fits, not overly acidic nor thin. A real pleasure even upon opening and evolved nicely over the following couple of days.
