Sunday, April 12, 2020 - A really nice and rich champagne where a significant amount have spent the first fermentation in oak barrels and it’s made with the ‘Solera’-method that dates back to 1985! This gives the champagne both old and aged notes but also the young fresh acidity from the newer vintages.
Citrus, toast / bread and some hints of tropical fruits.
