Saturday, June 5, 2021 - Two hour decant, the nose stands out above the palate, with dark fruit and oak obvious. The palate has something of a biting undertone that I could not quite place and did not much enjoy, however when paired with food this went away. Bigger bodied with a fairly smooth mouthfeel.
