Friday, June 11, 2021 - This syrah is drinking beautifully now (and was very tight and hard to read soon after release). The purest blueberry liqueur, with black olives, rosemary and cream on the nose. Tannins almost fully resolved. Nice with steak and mushrooms, but would be even better with venison and blueberry sauce (note to self). I'll give my remaining bottles a few more years. Wonderful stuff!
