Monday, June 21, 2021 - I found this last night still in my refrigerator unfinished from June 13.
Now 7 days since first opened and this wine is singing !! Frankly better than a weeks ago and outstanding.
In mouth is that distinct creamy mouthfeel with so many tropical fruits just dancing around. Mango, tangerine, some grapefruit, & ripe melon. Finish includes some limestone and a floral essence. This is a full-bodied and intense wine that is a real treat.
If my seven days is any indication then I would say this wine is 3-5 years away from being ready.
