Wednesday, June 23, 2021 - Appearance: medium clear and vibrant yellow/amber. No gas or sediment with medium tearing

Nose: medium intensity pear/peach, wet white stone, and lychee with notes of crushed limestone. No/minimal oak

Palate: Medium/medium(+) intensity juicy peach, honey, and lychee with notes of grass and flint. Creamy/waxy texture, some bitterness, medium/medium(+) acidity, medium sweet, and medium(+) bodied. A nice medium/medium(+) flinty sweet finish and complexity. Nicely balanced with well integrated RS and bitterness

Really yummy! Fairly sweet with a creamy/waxy texture that cascades over the tongue into an elongated finish. I couldn't stop drinking it!
