Sunday, June 27, 2021 - Notes from day 1.
N citrus fruit, lees, minerals, sea air
P lemon, lime, little chalk, minerals, lees
F long in length, nice mouthfeel, high acid
Overall a nice racy white that can be enjoyed now, but will improve with cellaring.
