Friday, July 2, 2021 - Decanted for an hour. Black cherry, mocha, Crown flower, char siu, ground rock and flower shop. There a vein of pencil lead all through. Finishes long and the tannins are both grainy and angular. Over time this of course opens up and represents. Deserving of the cellar and any glass. Medium-to full-bodied goodness. Drink 2022 - 2032.
