Saturday, July 3, 2021 - Blind tasting with the three amigos (chez moi): For the price this is just right. Dry cider with apples and hops but manages to not go into either the overly sweet or juicy apple part of the spectrum, nor the yeasty, beer-like overtones that hops often gives in cider. A real masterpiece actually. One of the best ciders I've had.
