Monday, January 19, 2009 - Good colour; judiciously oaked allowing minerality to show, honeyed overtones, nuanced, polished; on the palate Sauvignon more apparent but not overbearing, weight & richness give this a lovely texture; so well balanced. Real defintion on a lingering finish, combining grace & power. No doubt will age, but too delicious now.
