Saturday, July 3, 2021 - So....new vintage , and holding its own against the 2015 and 2016 previously reviewed here.....
A 3 hour decant is a must for this 4 year old.
On nose: blackberries , brick dust and cherry pits.
On palate: a follow through of the above flavours, as well as notes of sage, cranberry and coffee , bolstered by good acidity.....lean , well made but needs a few years to loosen up....good with Lamb.....
