Wednesday, July 14, 2021 - nose: wild flowers, jasmine, peach blossoms
taste: sharp acidity but not as intense as riesling, medium light body, some apricot? some sort of stone fruit but not a peach, a little more subtle.
before golden color too, awesome with crab cakes!
