Super purity and freshness, again showing a delicacy and sweet succulence, subtle yet persistently perfumed notes of sweet apple and blossom. Great precision.

Nice weight and richness, more oak apparent and a touch of flint. Lovely citrus edge, some (oak) grip. Bright and fresh, great energy, super texture, long and mealy. Looking forward to trying this again tomorrow.
