Saturday, July 24, 2021 - Another ethereal bottle of La Jota. Beetroot, roses, and lofty plums on the nose. These notes follow on the palate with anise, cedar, and earth, all enveloped in a silken robe of mellow tannins. Great balance, deeply saturated fruits. Simply superb. Drink now - 2030.
