Monday, July 26, 2021 - Scrummy stuff already. Two bottles about a week apart were obviously young but still surprisingly accessible - crunchy red fruit carried by a firm yet balanced acidity. Gets even better once some of the fizz has burned off (would know fact make a sensational still rosé). Not the most complex wine right now, and I suspect this will shut down eventually for a while. But for now very tasty and like much vintage Roederer a solid QPR for champagne.
