Monday, July 19, 2021 - I agree with the other reviewer. Seems too young at this point even with an hour plus opening. Tasted this blind with 5 other CA Cab/Cab blends. Middle of the pack for me, but top for 2 others in our group. Needs more time to soften the tannins and drive out more aromas. Hold for 3-5 before trying again.
