Sunday, August 1, 2021 - Gosh - why didn't I wait longer. Great now, I expect this will continue to improve.
V - Clear medium ruby with medium meniscus and high viscosity.
N - Pine forest in the fall. Raspberry, blueberry, MENTHOL, vanilla, tomato leaf and mint.
P - Menthol, raspberry, blueberry, vanilla and baking spices.
Full bodied, Med+ acidity and tannins. Long finish with Med+ complexity.
Take your time.
