Monday, August 9, 2021 - Newer label bottling. Expressive nose displaying sweet and sour red fruit, strawberry soda, sour cherry, cinnamon, pepper, cooper, sap and wet stone. Excellent concentration, layers upon layers of sweet red fruit, generous fine mousse, rich yet showing nice balance, bright acidity, strong wet stone mineral and a long sweet red fruit driven finish with cinnamon at the end. This bottling seems richer and more complex the previous ones. Drinking really well.
