Monday, August 23, 2021 - Tasted blind: pale straw color with vigorous fine beading; airy, clean, white flowers, lemon custard, buttery croissant notes; opens up to rich, ripe fruit. Loads of energy, youthful but not aggressively so; this shows loads of potential as it should gain complexity from here. 93+
