Thursday, August 26, 2021 - Really interesting. Gorgeous nose, with pineapple, resin and mint. The palate was slightly too 'natural' for my taste, with a little cidery edge to it, but also honey, green fruit, and really well-mananaged acidity, that combined with an almost overwhelming saltiness to make the wine extremely moreish even at the same time as it was slightly unappealing.
