Still incredible layers of chardonnay driven flavors, that are even more deep and evolved than before, but they are offset by a loss of a bit of its effervescence and energy that it had in its youth. It's certainly personal preference whether the deepness of the flavors or the vibrancy is more important for a champagne but I would personally recommend drinking this sooner rather than later.
