Thursday, September 2, 2021 - Nose of black cherry, black berry, allspice, and wet stone, same on the palate, big body, very rich fruit, very tasty, delicious, mouthfilling fruit, like a hot black cherry pie from the oven, just as tasty the second night as the first night, at peak so enjoy now. Long, long, long, flavorful finish, photo uploaded.

9/7/2021 11:58:00 AM - Love reading your notes and this one was no excpetion - thank you for posting! One thing I will mention though is that I am confident that this wine has a long, long way to go before it is at peak. The Bedrock Heirloom needs as much/more time in the bottle than any of Morgan/Chris's offerings - case in point, the 09 i opened this weekend was great, but could still benefit from more age. I have no doubt that the 18 was delicious.....but let it sleep and you'll be handsomely rewarded :)

You are correct, this wine will easily last 5 to 10 years in a good cellar, save your bottles and read about me consuming mine!!
