Saturday, September 18, 2021 - First white Burg I've had where I think I get "it"--why people spend $$ chasing this stuff. Really beautiful wine--delicate aromatics that sing out of the glass with lightly baked yellow apples, flowers, and a hint of baking spices that complements, but never overpowers the fruits. Luxurious mouthfeel and a long, lingering finish.

Only improved on Day 2. It's really good now, but will hold my next bottle 3-5 years.
